One medical journey. Support at every stage.

01

Discuss your visit

Tell us your plans, timing and the support you need. We explain the next steps and agree what we can take on.

02

Prepare and communicate

We organise and translate the agreed records, submit authorised enquiries and translate the hospital’s replies.

03

Confirm the plan

We help coordinate appointment requests and practical arrangements around the hospital’s confirmation. You review the plan and each provider’s charges before deciding.

04

Support while you are here and after

Agreed on-site interpreting and admission or discharge paperwork help keep the visit organised. Follow-up correspondence can be included in the written scope.

Services & fees

Our fees pay for our coordination and language services. Medical bills, accommodation, transport and optional travel are separate costs. Translation and interpreting rates are listed below; other coordination work is quoted in writing for the agreed scope.

Your coordination plan

Before paid work begins, we confirm the documents, hospital enquiries, appointment communication, interpreting dates and any follow-up correspondence included in your quote. Additional work is discussed and agreed before it starts.

How payment works

  • Translation is paid before work begins. Cancellation and refunds follow the terms below: completed work is charged as agreed, and payments for uncompleted work are refunded.
  • Interpretation is invoiced after the days are used, never before.
  • Fees are quoted in US dollars. Bank or platform charges on the sending side are yours; charges on our side are ours.
  • We do not discount. If a case is smaller than a tier suggests we quote the lower tier, but we do not negotiate a published fee downward.

What the fee is not

We receive no referral fee, commission or revenue share from hospitals, clinics or physicians. Our service fee is quoted in advance. Any introduction fee from a non-medical provider is disclosed before you use that service.

Refunds

  • If an institution declines the case, translation work already completed is not refunded; anything not yet done is.
  • If you cancel before translation starts, refunded in full.
  • If you cancel during translation, charged for the portion completed, and you receive that portion.
  • If we cannot deliver, refunded in full, and we will say why.

Clear responsibilities and transparent fees

Our agreement with you covers the translation, interpreting and medical travel coordination specified in your written quote. Your treatment agreement is made directly with the hospital.

Our work covers the coordination and language services agreed with you. The hospital confirms whether it can accept your case, appointment dates, treatment plans and medical charges. You pay medical costs directly to the institution. We receive no referral fee from hospitals, clinics or physicians; any commercial introduction arrangement with a non-medical provider is disclosed before you use it.

We coordinate your visit; hospitals and their physicians provide medical care. We are not a healthcare provider and do not offer medical advice.
