Cross-border medical services

Cross-border care, built around your visit

We bring together the practical work behind a medical journey to China. Whether you are exploring a check-up, arranging a specialist appointment or preparing for hospital treatment, we help turn questions, documents and arrangements into clear next steps.

A service shaped around what you need

You may need one translated file, help communicating with a hospital, an interpreter at appointments or coordination across several stages. We agree the work, timing and fee in writing so you know who is handling each part.

Medical communication is our foundation

Paperwork First is a China-based company with a pharmaceutical-industry background. Accurate records and clear communication are central to our work: original findings, units and uncertainties are preserved, and hospital replies are translated in full.

Practical support around the hospital visit

Once the hospital arrangements are confirmed, we help coordinate language support and communication with transport, accommodation and other local providers. For optional sightseeing or family activities, we can introduce licensed travel providers. You confirm bookings and contract with and pay those providers directly.

Clear responsibilities and transparent fees

Our work covers the coordination and language services agreed with you. The hospital confirms whether it can accept your case, appointment dates, treatment plans and medical charges. You pay medical costs directly to the institution. We receive no referral fee from hospitals, clinics or physicians; any commercial introduction arrangement with a non-medical provider is disclosed before you use it.

Talk to us about your plans

Tell us where you are travelling from, what kind of visit you are considering and which parts you would like help with. We currently reply in English or Chinese. We agree the scope before taking on work; ongoing coordination for complex oncology cases is not currently a service we offer. Please keep medical records and identity documents out of your first message.
